Very welcoming Michael on reception was very friendly and knowledgeable and CJ was very helpful as we were on a motorcycle and had 2 panniers and a top box to take upstairs to our room CJ kindly offered to take the 2 panniers to our room and that is now a rarity now a days for any hotel so good on ya

Nice find by accident!! Yes my room could do with an update but that is being picky. That said my room was clean had everything you needed, quite and good size too. Staff we really friend. Absoluty would stay again Thank you Royal swan
