Cynthia was especially nice & helpfull, and all the staff were very professional and attentive, from the security guard to the cleaning staff. My wife and daughter traveled alone to Abuja, and the staff took care of them like their own family, very well maintained and clean & neat, recommended for ITF travelers, especially

slow wifi at times, but we had mobile data so we didn't have too much of an issue

The only positive thing I can honestly mention is that I was allowed to check in before 1pm despite not requesting early check-in. The room was also very clean and quiet when windows are closed.

I booked BKT Cribs after reading several positive reviews, but my experience was far from satisfying. I had just checked out of an affiliated property within the same general area after staying there for about two weeks. I only moved because I forgot to extend my stay on time and the rooms had been fully booked. I also stayed at another nearby property for two nights, so my disappointment is not based on one comparison alone. BKT Cribs's nightly rate was slightly more expensive than both places, yet offered less in comfort, service and overall experience. My room, A303, was clean, but severely lacking in functional amenities. The bathroom exhaust fan appeared non-functional, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable and embarrassing if you planned to have anyone visit afterwards. The shower water pressure was extremely poor, to the point that I did not bother showering on the morning of check-out. Breakfast was especially disappointing. It is advertised as a buffet, but the options were very limited, mostly rice or pasta, with other options already finished or almost gone. Instead of guests serving themselves, a staff member dishes the food for you, seemingly taking care not to serve too much. I am not a big eater, but that is beside the point. On my second day, I arrived about 10 minutes before breakfast ended and asked if my meal could be packed so I would not rush or keep staff waiting. This appeared to be common practice from what I saw the previous day. However, the staff member (Lady) came across as somewhat rude and sarcastic. When I asked to try the puff-puff, she dismissively said no unless I ate there. She also said "even the buffet you are only supposed to get option if you are not eating here". I had a small portion of rice, pasta and a boiled egg on my plate. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I genuinely looked forward to checking out.

To be honest, I think this might be the best apartment I've ever been in worldwide!
