Steady Wifi, only disconnected once and for less than 5 minutes

Cows mooing near my window, room was too cold and took hours to cool down even after turning the AC down, TV was not clear and not a smart TV, it could not recognise my USB drive when I wanted to play my own movies, not a lot of variety or finger food on the menu which were not kept in our rooms and had to be brought in every time to order,.

"Guess could have been worse."

The rooms as such weren't too bad. Place is rather new.

Staff openly and rudely gossiping about guests with some male voice basically even issuing threats. Only one room key for a double room is odd and impractical, credit card payment didn't work and display presented for payment was rather dodgy as numbers not even chronological.

Nothing positive to say this time ,sorry.

They were overbooked and still accepted reservations. Staff was obviously untrained to handle situation the property caused.

I did not have breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast was advertised as part of the package when I was booking. But when I asked for it in the morning, I was informed the service has been suspended by the hotel. This kind of information should have been communicated by the front desk at check in. I have to leave without breakfast.

"Disappointing"

Breakfast was not complementary so, did not have breakfast.

Was not worth the cost. The room was booked for 2 guests but when we requested for water only one bottle was provided. The power went out at night and the bathroom had no ceiling. Very disappointed.

Facilities are all in good working condition as the place is new.

I didn't have anybrekfast today. Complimentary breakfast was advertised as part of the booking package, but when I requested same this morning, I was told the hotel has stopped the service. My feedback to them was they should have informed me during check-in yesterday, so that I canake alternative breakfast arrangements.
