The receptionist Mirian was lovely and cautious in her service. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The service was prompt and the food great.

"Ovic Hotel is a decent, clean and it's staff are friendly and know how to deal with issues."

The response of the staffs to resolving my booking issues, even though I had to pay extra for the new room.

That my initial booking of Studio Room was not available even after being confirmed by Booking.Com ,so I had to take a Standard Room which was higher in cost. Also, the room didn't have kettle and complimentary beverage.
