Very comfortable and convenient for exploring the area and what a bonus to have such a wonderful welcoming pub on the doorstep!

Quirky little place missus was happy always wanted to stay in a pod

Dirty towels & only one which was very stained left on radiator took a load of photos but thought can’t be bothered lucky we brought our own & the continental breakfast as advertised was two bottles of water an apple & orange juice & a child’s pack of coco pops & rice crispies lol ohhh & a pint of milk & no tea bags but bed was comfortable & place very warm they do have a little subsidence in bathroom cracks appearing above shower & water falling to back of shower tray a few adjustments required on French doors very stiff but with a few little touches ie clean towels clean away cobwebs & definitely look at tweaking that breakfast this place could be a 5 star little getaway 👍🏻 on a bonus food in pub absolutely incredible lovely little place staff were fantastic very helpful & friendly

Holton is a great little spot and the pub is a proper local, with flag floors, a warm atmosphere and great food. We had a really excellent dinner before retiring to our cabin. Just what we needed.

Breakfast was all out of a packet - nothing fresh.

Lovely pub with excellent ambience and good food. "Pod" accommodation was nicer and more spacious than I expected . Very comfy beds

The included "contintental breakfast" is a good idea as pub not open. However it was very minimalist, and assumed everyone eats cereal which is covered in sugar (never touched) and sweet yogurt.... disappointing given the overall room charge.

Location was excellent and easy to find with parking and a pub at the site. Excellent food and friendly people in the bar and outside were all very welcoming. Staff were brilliant.

The accommodation was perfect, just what we expected. High level of comfort and cleanliness in a self contained unit with bathroom. The location was great.

I think either provide a proper breakfast or don't provide a breakfast. What is on offer was described as a continental breakfast in the room but fell well short. My husband and I are lactose intolerant so cow's milk is off limits for us and I would suggest coco pops and milk is a kids breakfast and not an adults breakfast! Also please provide English breakfast tea as well as or instead of Earl Grey which isn't a popular choice. The effort was there but it hadn't been well thought through so there's room for improvement on the breakfast provision (or just provide tea and coffee and leave it at that)!
