Hi, sorry I am just leaving a review, my stay was over a month ago, anyways I just wanted to say our stay was fantastic, the staff/owners were friendly and attentive, the rooms and the food were also very good. thank you, best regards - P

Our room was modern and cozy. Great view of the valley and felt very homey and comfortable. The owners/hosts were genuinely interested in their guests and made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was also very good! :)

What a wonderful place to stay in a storybook town. The property is beautiful, charming, and cozy. The owners are wonderful people, and went out of their way make us feel welcome! Their breakfast was amazing!!! Everything about this visit was great! Our stay was too short… we will definitely return! Highly recommend The Poplars Guest House!

We had a one night stop over on our way up north. The hosts, house, room and breakfast were all fantastic. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The location is also perfect to walk into the main street. We ate at Prince of India which we would also recommend.

My daughter and i stayed for the weekend, arriving on Friday evening. We were welcomed and made comfortable. We stayed in a spotless twin room with ensuite shower. Breakfast was a feast! I had to dial back the second day to just a single course, but the porridge with a dram is well recommended! Nancy and Scott looked after us well! Thank you both.

The hosts were lovely as was the property! We would definitely stay here again! The area is quite beautiful and very walkable!

First class guest house, run by excellent hosts, who could not do enough for you, this was definately a 5 star guest house, and will definately return, this couple should be so proud of what they have achieved, a perfect stay, thank you

Staff very friendly, place is clean, tidy, and warm. Will stay there again next time I am in the area.
