The Old Bakehouse

We enjoyed our short stay at the property. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and we loved the choice of music too.

So pleased we chose this property as it’s a little gem. Beautiful interiors, spotlessly clean ,helpful and welcoming owners and staff, delicious breakfasts- the kippers were wonderful - and Colyton was a great location . It was a really beautiful spot and had everything you needed . The public transport was excellent and the Seaton tram over the wetlands was an added bonus. There were a couple of great pubs too and some lovely walks around the ‘town’. We loved it!

Rustic, clean and in a great location to explore the Jurassic coast. Breakfast was amazing! We were stuffed! Hosts were very attentive, helping us with an iron and providing us with a mini fridge for milk. Highly recommended, we loved our stay.

Breakfast was great and it was a lovely location.

I had to get use to slight slopes on floors but it is an old building.

The property was centrally located which made it easy to walk around in the village. Excellent hosts and included great breakfast.

Door way height took a bit of getting used to.

Breakfast was delicious, Steve and Fiona were great hosts. We loved our short stay here.

Excellent b&b in quiet village, lovely comfortable bed, great shower and fabulous cooked breakfast. Steve and Anita were very friendly, will definitely stay there again.

Lovely and clean with a great atmosphere

Everything was fabulous. Food, room or hosts and the excellent vinyl collection.

Very authentic building full of character.
