ESWe liked the view and the warmth of the staff. They've been amazingly nice and collaborative, helping us with any request. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was actually very good and rich. Very quiet at night (with windows closed). Big room with AC working, helped us to recover after the tours in the heat.
More than anything else we didn't like discovering that the place didn't match at all the one in the pictures! We eventually found by accident where those rooms, decorated with hieroglyphs and LED lights, are and also found out that the price would have been the same if not lower! Our facility was not in a good state, not recently reformed nor decorated. The hygiene in the room required us to ask for a more serious intervention. The sink's drain in the bathroom never actually worked. The building is right in front of a camels stabble...so you get in and out on a dirt road with the characteristic smell of animals. Compared to places and fares we paid afterwards, I'd say that the place is not worth that price. Whereas it could have been a good deal for at least half of it, for whoever wants or needs to save money. The false depiction and lack of all the above info, is a serious and bad matter. If it wasn't for the extraordinary people we met in Narmer View, people we liked and don't want to damage, we should really take actions. We won't. However Booking.com should have some system to verify the reality, especially now that so many artificial tools are available!
