Bertie was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble… even serving breakfast early so I could make my 7am start time of the MacMillan Mighty Hike. The bed and bedding was so comfortable and it really felt home from home. Thank you 🙏

"This was an excellent place to stay - were we in the area again, we would choose it!!"

The breakfast was exceptional. Parking was plenty. The Host was welcoming, pleasant, gave us a suggestion for dinner which was where we ate - a great choice. We loved that there was a small space heater in the room which we turned on for just a bit to warm things up.

We had been hoping for a ground floor room; stairs are a challenge but there was also a chair lift going up the stairs that we could have made use of, but didn't.

We enjoyed our stay, Bertie was a fantastic host! We appreciated the upgraded room! Bed and pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety! Definitely recommend
