Bali intan Canggu

The treatment received by the owner when I wanted to cancel due to noise. He was very understanding and we managed to negotiate an agreement.

Overall, everything was really good. The room was very spacious, and the bed was pretty comfy. I like that the bedroom had a big mirrow, wardrobe, a desk and fridge. It was very relaxing in the morning with the pool and garden. I also found the common garden kitchen very handy to have drinks and snacks, or even to cook any kind of meal as they provided with all short of pans, cuttelery, etc. The housekeepers were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and funny people, always ready to help, and they kept the place very clean. The room was clean every day, which was a plus. In terms of location, it was quite good as it was close to the main streets yet not busy at night time.

Unfortunately, there is construction going on next to the hotel (and to be honest everywhere in Canggu), so from 7 am, the noise will wake me up. Also, the courtins are not very thick, so the light comes in since 5.30 am, and I am a person who needs darkness to sleep. Some days, there was bad smell coming from the bathroom. They tried to manage, but I think that's a general problem with the sewage in Bali.

Great little property, nice and quiet rooms, spotless hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with anything you needed. Would happily stay here again.
