Butte Valley Bed and Breakfast

We had such a lovely stay at this little bed and breakfast! Our private room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The peaceful location was perfect for a family to relax on the road—quiet, scenic, and very kid-friendly. My children especially loved the beautiful yard, which had fun games for them to enjoy and plenty of space to run around. We were also invited to explore the garden, which made the stay feel even more personal and welcoming. Inside, there were a great selection of board games that kept the kids entertained in the evenings. The continental breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh baked scones and fruit that hit the spot. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel at home. This is a wonderful place for families looking for a peaceful retreat with thoughtful amenities. We would absolutely stay again!

Staff was really nice and accommodating, very friendly. Wish it was more than an overnight. Karen did us a solid and mailed one of our kids stuffies back that we left, fantastic service

What a great find! We stayed 1 night in the ground-floor room on our drive north to Spokane. It's a restored & repurposed early 1900's hospital with plenty of room, period furnishings, a comfortable bed, and of course breakfast was waiting: coffee, juice, fruit, bagels, donuts, and cereal. Put this place in Dorris, CA, into your next trip :~) Rich & Teresa

Property was clean and very well maintained.we were very nicely hosted

The property and rooms are old-school charming. The neighboring area was noisy at night due to trains and loud cars. Overall, I liked me stay there and will be back.

We staid at this property a week ago on our way to Washington. We liked it so much that we booked it again for our return trip!

Nice big rooms.. a bit warm overnight as we like it cool to.sleep but realized the next morning the window could be opened

Our host was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a wonderful continental breakfast included with baked goods, cereal, juice, coffee and home made jams. We very much enjoyed our stay there on our way to the Lava Beds
