Easy to locate,pleasant welcoming from staff , cozy and comfortable beds,bathroom was superb….overall I enjoyed my stayed and cool night.

Location. Very close to beach

Very thin walls. No a/c or a fan. If the outside temperature gets above 25C, the room is hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

The location was great, literally a 3 min walk to beach. It was near lots of shops, bars, restaurants. The town centre was a 5 min car journey. The lady we met on arriving was absolutely lovely. So friendly and welcoming. She showed us to our room and explained everything keys etc, and got us clean towels. The room was spotless, everything was nice and clean. There were tea and coffee facilities which were good. There was a good sized tv on the wall. There were lots of pillows/cushions which I like as I have a bad back and usually have to ask for more, where ever we stay , but on this occasion we did not need to. The beds were comfortable, not too hard or too soft just right. The room was spacious enough to get changed without banging elbows on walls etc. We go to Brighton a lot as my daughter is in uni there. So we will definitely be staying there again. Forgot to take photos, but will take them next time we stay. Would definitely recommend to any of my family and friends. We stayed in the family room for three on the first floor.

It’s really hard to fault the property and to be honest I can’t think of anything.

As a small guet house i loved the Hospitality, clean room but very clean , family run business everyone is so sweet so friendly and helpfull we checked in late and they waited for us to check in🙏 I would recommend this place to stay i was so lucky to have a great location too

The room is very small and was on the top floor of the building- but it was still cozy and cute, I liked everything! :)

The early or late in check in and out fees are a bit high in my opinion but the overall pricing is very very good and will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was very nice as usual, my second time and had a great time. staff always nice and helpful. The room was cozy and very clean. Location amazing too. Looking forward to stay again. Thank you very much for the lovely stay :)
