Elm Tree Guest House

The location is super close to the city center, restaurants, the sea, and Tesco. There's street parking, although it's paid, and you can leave your car a bit further away for longer. The room was perfectly adequate for the price. The bathroom and amenities were all good. There's a fridge in the common room if you need to keep your beer cold. A special thank you to Sam. He's incredibly helpful and friendly. I feel like he was constantly on the phone, waiting for a question from me. I think I'll be back!

Chef und Angestellte sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus alles ok, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kühlschrank auf dem Flur. Kurzer Weg in die Einkaufszone und zum Pier.

Laut auf der Strasse (Verkehr), Pub gegenüber, aber der Pubeigentümer hat nach Schließung die Gäste auch draussen nach Hause geschickt, so dass kurz nach 22.30 alles ruhig war.

Lovely & clean. We were met by Sam who made sure we had everything we needed. For what we paid the accommodation was very good value.

My only niggle was the coffee wasn't very nice.
