"Elm tree Sept 2025"

Sam the owner was very thorough. The room was very clean and the bedding smelt nice. There was lots of tea, coffee, milk and sugar( I usually have to ask for more!) and they were topped up the next day. The shower was good. The external paintwork looks lovely.

Creaky floorboards (but then it is an old building!) the location is central and on a junction so it was a bit noisy with the window open but the double glazing was very good and kept noise out at night.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful 😁 The room was spotless clean ,decorated nicely make it look very cosy , the bed was so comfy , both my partner and myself slept so well . The location is brilliant, right in the middle of town ,so you don't have to walk miles. I was expecting it to be loud, due to this but incredibly it wasn't at all. Can't recommend yourselves highly enough, will definitely be back . Many thanks 😊
