Modern House

Location was great bus stop outside straight into town Hosts were so lovely and welcoming - my partner became an honorary uncle to Zoran to which my partner has been so chuffed about !! The card Zoran made for him has pride of place on his mantelpiece :) Small shop across the road did the best coffee and sandwiches and so reasonable

A television would have been great but no biggie :)

The host sent me all the details on how to get in advance so getting into the property was very easy. The house was pretty standard, nothing wrong with it. The room was clean and big enough for one night. I didn't hear any other guests while I was there.

The room was next to a very busy road so there was alot of noise from traffic. The padlock they give you for the door is quite small and could easily be taken off it someone wanted too. I wasn't concerned this would happen really but didn't leave any valuables in my room just incase. It's just a little bolt lock on the inside when you're in the room, would be better to have something more secure when sleeping.

Was quite noisy outside but that’s more of a location issue and I am not holding it against MH. Some sound disturbance was expected due to location.

The bedroom and the location were perfect.

Tidy and clean room, bathroom and kitchen. Close to public transportation.

Room quite hot. It would be good if there is fan provided especially in summer. We need to open window to allow fresh air and ventilation. However, noisy road was quite disturbing for us to rest. Basic room. No complimentary tea / coffee sachets were provided.

Cheap and easy access to get around Manchester.

Kitchen area was grubby and smelt really strong of spices and curry. Boxes and stuff crammed at bottom of stairs.Seems like a family was living upstairs! Supposed to be disabled friendly with a walk in shower. It's a shower over a bath tub which meant I couldn't shower
