The floors were very creaky upstairs and on stairs but can't really be helped much, the room upstairs can be heard fairly clearly if they are being noisy

Very clean, comfy bed and close to city centre

Using a shared fridge was problematic as people were taking our food. Would be great if there was a mini fridge in the room

They made new refurbishment to the toilet and the property is really neat and clean

Bathrooms are fab, well stocked, clean. Check in and out was super easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm (nice and cozy with the lamps provided too). A hairdryer (+ a diffuser!), towels, and shower-toiletries were provided. I didn't use the kitchen facilities, but they seemed well stocked and very clean! Can't fault the facilities, a very pleasant stay, with plenty of bus connections nearby into the city centre.

Not particularly easy to get in contact with if you run into trouble. Had some difficulty getting in - luckily another person staying was around to help but couldn't get in touch with the owner. This has nothing to do with the townhouse! I would say, if you have an early flight booked at the international airport, try to book somewhere closer to the Grand Central Station to get the cheaper 300/300A bus, as otherwise you will need to book an airport taxi (eye-wateringly expensive). Even getting a regular taxi to the station itself ended up being too difficult early in the morning. Just worth bearing in mind!

Room was not clean and bed was not made. Bin was overflowing

It is spacious, with a huge table next to the kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the gear, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus cleaning products. They clean the common areas every day. Cleanness is a feature to highlight!

The area is dull; however, there are buses in the street next to the house, which go directly to the city centre, plus shops and supermarkets.
