Comfy bed

The fact there was a mixup with booking and i didnt get a confirmation and ended up double booking was told one booking would be cancelled by a gentleman over the phone free of charge and now they have gone back on their word and charged me twice, normally stay there frequently but will not be going back now.

Nothing at all

We chose not to stay here after a bad experience with the owners of the property. We could not trust this hotel because we tried to book at Diamonds Villa and they never let us in to the property so we booked Emerald Residence before realizing that they are the same company. We could not stay here. Do not stay with Diamond Group (the owners) as they do not take care of their properties (place was dirty from what we saw, mold on the bed visible through the window) nor their guests.
