I asked for 12-1pm check in, on the booking it appeared this was approved, person i spoke to on arrival on the phone, wasn't Customer friendly at all and didn't believe me and told me no where in Great Yarmouth will let you book in early. We did get in slightly early as we had an event to set up. I wouldn't stay again.
