Trading Boundaries

The property is in a wonderful location, the staff and owner are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much. You feel very at home and at ease in the hotel. The surrounding is great for walks and the wonderful Sheffield Park is right around the corner. I can only recommend the place.

Clean room, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Pleasant stay near Sheffield park. Breakfast was simple, but for us more than fine.

If I would stay here a next time, I would book a room with a slightly lager bed. we are used to a lager bed and like space :-). But I knew this when I booked, so I am not complaining.

We were there for a big birthday celebration, although no hangers for our clothes in the room.

Beautiful setting, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Uniquely appointed and comfortable room. Plenty of parking and a great ambience.

It’s a great place to stay. Outside of TB’s control is the lack of taxi or uber facilities.. when you find them, they’re overpriced (£20 for 1.3 miles!). Booking in advance is a must.

Very poor lighting in room No comfortable chair to sit on Shutting curtain for privacy made the room very dark in the day. No hot water on second morning Was promised premium continental breakfast which fell very short of premium and was less than basic and extremely disappointing Bathroom basin stained and loose Bed frame very wobbly Overall very much style over substance

Clean and tidy apartment including two bathrooms (useful for the 2 bedrooms). Well provided kitchen area and facilities. Very interesting permanent exhibition of Roger Dean original artwork.

The breakfast was limited to- toast , crousant and yoghurt &fruit.

Dog Friendly Quirky Cafe/Bar (Lakedown Wildebeest Craft Cider❤️😁) Large room, lighting is too low for reading, lovely big bed but a little hard. The only thing missing is a cooked breakfast, but my husband discovered he actually likes granola, so that was a win. 😂 The staff are lovely and very accommodating and would do anything to help. There wasn't any noise disturbance from the music venue.
