I had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Ghali from the Reception Department. His warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for your kindness and excellent service. The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. The service throughout the hotel is fast, efficient, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The food quality is excellent and the taste is amazing. However, I believe there is room for improvement regarding the variety of dishes offered, as the food selection is somewhat limited and could benefit from more diversity. I would also like to mention that the transportation to the beach is very weak during peak hours, and since lunch is served on the beach while there is no lunch available at reception, this is a major problem that needs to be solved due to the insufficient shuttle service. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Pickalbatros Hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.

Türkler icin yemekler damak tatlarımıza uygun olmadıgı ve asırı baharatlı olduğu icin pek fazla yiyemedik genel olarak begenmedik

المكان رائع بمعني الكلمة كل ماتتخيله هتلاقيه اللي عجبني اكتر حاجه الاكوا والبيتش والاكل و طبعا السيرفيس اعلي ليفيل بيحسسك انه مكانك اي كان زوقك هايعجبك
