Stonehenge Courtyard

Very cosy and comfortable. Loads of room and the bathroom was huge. Super comfy beds. Perfect location for visiting all the amazing sites. Would definitely stay again.

Prime location as 5 minutes drive to Stonehenge and under 30 minutes to Salisbury. Communication was great as had all the details and information I needed to self-check in and out. No issues with parking and convenient. It was quiet and peaceful for it being in town centre, and good access to local cafes, shops and pubs.

The mini fridge does randomly make loud humming noises throughout the night. The blanket was thin but felt heavy, which we weren't expecting. TV setting was stuck in Italian and didn't know how to change it to English but we managed. Neighbours next door checked in late and were loud.

Before our visit I messaged about a vegan and gluten free option for the breakfast pack and the owners provided a lovely package of food for me, I even had extras for snacks for a couple of days :) We also arrived slightly early and very jet lagged as we drove straight there from Heathrow and the owner was very kind in letting us check in a bit early, which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was great for a family - although all beds were in one room there was a cupboard between the beds and separate lights, which provided some separation and made it easier for children to go to sleep earlier. We stayed in the winter, so did not make use of the courtyard, but it looked like a nice area to sit outside in warmer weather.

Location very good. Near Stonehenge and in Amesbury. Nice little town with restaurants and multiple breakfast options. Room Sarum was very comfortable. A bonus was Netflix and watchting the final episode of Stranger Things. Although we did not see the owner, it was not a problem. Communication was sufficient and to the point.

Little hidden gem and only a 10 minute drive to Stonehenge! Beautiful little place to stay and you can see a lot of care has been taken to prepare your room before your arrival. The food/drinks provided were lovely too. The room was so cosy and warm when we arrived after a 3 hour journey - just what we needed! The owners gave clear and helpful instructions beforehand on how to get into the courtyard and where to park overnight. Would happily stay here again 😊 Thank you!
