Mulgrave Country Cottage

Lovely large room overlooking the Mulgrave woods, it was clean, felt cosy and comfortable and had a good shower. Friendly welcome and an excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our walk past the dramatic windy seas to the pub and were glad we’d bought a torch! We would definitely return.

Everything. Peace quite. Just hear the stream and birds in the morning. The staff were lovely and our dog Lucy loved laying on the balcony

The place is stunning set in beautiful surroundings, the room was very comfortable the breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful we would definitely stay again.

Please see this as constructive. The hot water in the ensuite needs a warning its incredibly hot and a child would definitely scald themselves. The bedding especially pillows no pillow protectors, they were definitely due for changing they were very flat (we had to use cushions underneath) to be able to sleep. The general cleaning needs looking at, skirting boards light fittings and wardrobe mirrors! Also a top sheet would be better than just a duvet, would be easier for changing each day too.
