Very pleasant stay at The Blacksmith's Arms, very friendly, fantastic food. Great short break.

Booked this room for an overnight stay to attend a family event the next day .The staff were friendly & welcoming everything we needed to know was explained .We were not pressured to eat at the pub but enjoyed the reasonably priced bar meals we chose .The food was freshly cooked The owner was especially helpful as we needed to change to go to the event .The pub was unable to offer an extension on the room.checkout but let us change in one of the new soon to be released rooms free of charge Would definatly stay here again

Comfortable, clean and welcoming, a cosy, well furnished room very different from the standard, boring Premier Inn type rooms of chains. Everything we wanted for an overnight stay.

A little cramped for 3 people but we enjoyed the dinner in the pub. Staff were very friendly.

Very comfortable and hospitable stay. Good continental breakfast included.

Room is not big but decent. Very clean and shower is hot. Some rooms are facing the main road. Double glazed windows keep the rooms rather quiet but some sensitive people may find it difficult to have a sound sleep. Continental breakfast is simple but you can have much choice. Highly recommend.

Good access to Glyndebourne Opera. Dodgy stairs for a nonagenarian cripple to access bar for breakfast

Emma and her partner were amazing hosts. We pulled up to the door for the main pub entrance and were met by Emma. Even though we were two hours early, they kindly checked us in. They were so warm and friendly throughout our stay. Free continental breakfast or full breakfast options. Emma put us in contact with 2 drivers, one of whom drove us to the airport. She provided support for finding plug adapters, things to do in town, and so much more.

Couldn't fault the owners and the food. It was a joy to not have Tvs, jukebox and slot machines
