Prima locatie, wij hebben er 1 nacht geslapen was prima

The location is good. The alley fit the car. The room is clean and comfortable. Although got construction but it stop during night. The pool was clean. Can use the facility pantry there. Ms Rose the host was super kind to my family. I was late 15min to check out but she okay with it. Thanks Rose :) The room facility working well, clean and not smelly..There were scooter rental which cost very cheap at 10,000IDR by the host. I would repeat this stay if coming back to Bali.

Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo, il giorno stesso, quindi non c'erano grandi opzioni. Villa Rose è stato ottimale per una notte a Sanur. Noi abbiano noleggiato lo scooter direttamente dalla proprietaria per muoverci piu agevolmente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bagno grande e finestrato. La piscina era pulita e carina ma non l'abbiamo usata. La proprietaria molto gentile, non parla inglese ma con google translate ci siamo capite benissimo.

Unica nota: le lenzuola erano lavate, ma non profumavano tanto di pulito.

Es gab keinen Kaffee und es war auch keine Motivation vom Mitarbeiter vorhanden einen zu besorgen. Es war eine Baustelle daneben die von 7 bis 21 Uhr besetzt war, aber da wir nur abends vor Ort waren, hat es nicht gestört.

From the outside, the hotel looks fine. The pool is nice and the rooms are spacious with good lighting. The staff is kind and the cute cats are a good detail. However, even with that, this place fails at the most basic thing: hygiene.

The towels smelled awful and looked dirty, the bathroom was filthy and grimy. The hand soap was rotten and had bugs inside 🤢—just remembering it makes me feel sick. Do a deep cleaning of your facilities before opening them to the public. A hotel can be humble, but cleanliness is the most basic requirement.

Nous ne sommes restés que quelques heures dans cet hôtel car nous avions un avion très tôt le lendemain matin. Chambre correcte pour une ou deux nuits. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons bien été accueillis. Le service était top.

L’odeur du gel douche était très bizarre.
