The hotel enjoys an exceptional location, complemented by a team of staff who are consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. It is truly one of the finest places to take in the breathtaking views of the Suez Canal and the passing ships. I only wish I had been able to stay longer. Everything about my experience was outstanding, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk team for their excellent service.”

The Wi-Fi was terrible. It is necessary to upgrade the Wi-Fi in the hotel. It's a shame to have such a slow WiFi. I lived for 7 nights, and they brought me the same breakfast every day. I was full of it, but I've never had anything else. It's the same breakfast every day.

1) Excellent location on Suez Canal and northern edge of lake Timsah with easy access to the beach. 2) Upper management were very responsive when we directed their attention to a bad experience with reservation.

1) Very rude reservation employee. 2) Garbage on beach. 3) Out of control rampant kids playing with no regards to other guests. 4) Too much noise from wedding photo sessions. 5) The hotel is owned by armed forces which sets lower rate for military personnel compared to civilians. If you book this hotel through Booking expect to pay premium rate and receive substandard services.
