Location is a bit far out of town. Furniture and facilities are a bit dated.

Das Apartment liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen kann. Trotz der ruhigen Umgebung hat man nicht das Gefühl, zu weit vom Strand entfernt zu sein – in etwa 15 Minuten ist man dort. Besonders schön ist auch, dass die Nachbarschaft überwiegend ruhig ist. Das Apartment selbst wirkt großzügig und bietet durch die Aufteilung auf zwei Etagen viel Platz, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.

Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass in der Typ neben uns geraucht hat, obwohl dies eigentlich untersagt ist – das hat manchmal gestört. Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass der Ausblick begrenzt ist, da direkt Häuser nebenan stehen. Wer aber ohnehin viel unterwegs ist und Wert auf Ruhe und ausreichend Platz legt, wird hier trotzdem gut aufgehoben sein.

Beautiful build and great sense of space in a quiet location. Really comfortable mattress, pillows and linen. Appreciate the little details such as bottles of water, lots of tea, coffee, and sugar packets, and bathroom hygiene packs. Lighting on different switches making it adjustable to your preference - main lights, spot lights, reading lights. Bedroom was cool and breezy that I slept without the A/C. The bathroom is big and clean.

To no fault of the owner, my 3 nights there were extremely noisy. The adjacent guest played their T.V. on full blast for hours, the property sits in a dead end with a pack of dogs that barked relentlessly, and there was hammering every day from the neighbours. One suggestion to the owner would be to adjust the stair treads as they have been placed too far back, making the stairs treads/landings dangerously narrow. The only safe way to walk down the stairs is crab/side walking (I have size 36 feet and am very nimble).

Beautiful, quiet, perfect place to relax, relatively close to key areas, both temples and party venues. 100% recommended.
