Seven Angels Villa and Hostel

Arrived and they turned us away. We booked several weeks in advance but when we arrived they told us there was a ‘system error.’ They messaged us earlier in the day about bike rent but didn’t bother to tell us that they didn’t have room. Travelled all the way to Nusa Penida to end up with nowhere to stay. AVOID this hotel. Rude and unhelpful

The stay is really awesome. It is very cute & comfy. I loved their creative decor as well. They have free breakfast which is included in your stay. About the facilities WiFi is available, and water kettle, hair dryer are provided on demand. Breakfast provided was simple yet good. Location doesn’t matter as you can easily cover anywhere in Penida in motorbike. Note: No drinking water is provided, (this is kind of Penida’s thing, they don’t provide free drinking water anywhere, you have to buy it.)

Downside of this place is There’s no laundry service, if needed you have to get it done from outside. Same for food, you don’t get any food or coffee in house. You have to go to restaurants to get it. I also felt the staffs were not much friendly or helpful. They could have been a bit more interactive and suggest places or cafés around.

A big thank you for your hospitality, the host is incredibly kind! Great value for money, the owner also rents scooters cheaper than other places. Me and my husband recommend this property. very close to Crystal Beach. Thank you very much!

The bed was very comfy, we slept very well! It was very clean and staff were helpful. The room was very big to, it was so clean I felt it was probably new!

The location was NOT the best, we struggled for food and they were shut on one of the days for a religious celebration so would have to get a taxi 15mins down for the market. It was to put the way and nusa does not use gojek, bluebird or grab unfortunately. Best off paying a local person to drive you around.
