Gorgeous 5Bd With Pool at Champions Gate 1125

The home was clean and spacious, I loved the use of the full sized washer and dryer. The beds and couch were very comfortable and felt like home. We left the house just as clean as we received it :)

We paid an extra $300.00 for heating of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub should be advertised as a kiddy pool because although it was “warmed” it was the same temperature as the pool. With it being a “hot tub” I expected it to be at 102 or higher. When you turned the jets on for the hot tub it drained out to under the jets within 4 minutes. I contacted customer service the first night we were there with no response- I followed up by text, email and phone calls the next day-Finally someone got with me and had maintenance come out- all he did was use a temp gun to point out that the pool was at 92 degrees and said he seen no issues. The last night we were there- the pool guy came out to touch up on chemicals and I made him aware of the draining hot tub. He explained that it was not normal and proceeded to fix it- but for a week the company said all was well! Awesome- but a hot tub should not be that low in temp and they said the hot tub was working fine, which was false. I’ve tried to get any resolution with this and I’ve been told that since the water was at a 92 degrees that all was fine. With paying an extra $300 we should have been able to enjoy the hot tub (since that’s the main reason we got this home and paid for the extra heating) but I guess my relaxation came from the soaker tub where I could actually enjoy the hot water.

Big, clean and great location. Pool was used every day. All bedrooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. Kitchen area was really nice and spacious, even with 6 adults moving around it. Plenty of parking. 2 large lounge areas with very big tvs. The pictures on booking.com don’t do it justice.

There was nothing we did not like.

Beds were really uncomfortable mattresses was very thin other than that, the place was beautiful. My wife and I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit our last visit and the beds We're way more comfortable. really thick mattresses it was on spash shot pl 953

Traffic into the community and in the area is bad 24/7

Cleanliness and space

My family loved it. It was enough space for everyone and the staff responded quickly to our requests. I will be booking again
