Very good staff especially luke (assistant manager)and good food with 20% off though staying there very nice building with a lot of original features

Room was small and a bit cramped .Also room not cleaned in the week we were there and when we asked we were told we had to ask for this to be done when it should have been done automatically without us asking. Also showers were not very hot and a bit out of date as they were fed by the taps

The staff were lovely & helpful. The breakfast was amazing

Would have preferred a proper shower or at least a curtain A fridge would have been useful
