The staff were very helpful and pleasant and clearly committed to the success of the hotel. The decor is still developing and is very unusual, But it works and creates a unique environment. The hotel is convenient for Saundersfoot and Tenby.

Lovely welcome from staff. Very clean and comfortable room with new en suite shower. Excellent breakfast choice with great service.

The room was lovely, the bath was nice and the water very hot. Lovely towel swans on our bed upon arrival too. The bed was very comfortable, we both slept very well.

The bacon on the breakfast was so overcooked that I would have had a better chance eating my cutlery. The rest of the breakfast was absolutely delicious though. The sausages on the breakfast were meaty and very juicy.

It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout with authentic Asian influences. We stayed in the Japanese suite which really captured the oriental feel from the sliding screens concealing the wardrobe and television to the bamboo blinds and platform bed. Lokky’s restaurant was stunning and the food excellent… a welcome change from usual menus. There was a good choice of breakfast, which was cooked to order and delivered to your table. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The garden area was pretty and well kept and a lovely place to sit to enjoy the sunshine. We will definitely be returning!

We were on the top floor and as my husband had recently had a hip operation, I was worried that there was no lift. However, he coped really well with the stairs, but I think we’ll ask for a first floor room next time.

The furniture was very tired in the room and there was only a rail for clothes which was too high to reach without really stretching, not ideal for elderly people like us. In addition, we were told the room was quiet, it was next to the restaurant and was noisy.

Bedroom was comfortable and clean. There was a good choice of cooked breakfasts and they were cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The evening meal at Lokky's was excellent. Would recommend. Saundersfoot is a car/taxi ride away but taxis were very efficient and affordable.

Would have liked a more healthier choice for breakfast - ie fresh fruit (Berries ) and natural yoghurt with no added sugar.
