Greeted by a lovely gentleman on arrival who got us checked in smoothly explaining everything and showing us where everything was. The room was clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities in the room tea tray was well stocked. Had a grate view of the tower from our room window which was a bonus for us especially in the evening when the tower was lit up. The bathroom was very clean and tidy and complimentary soaps and shampoo/ conditioner was provided along with fresh towels. Beds were comfortable. The room could benefit from a freshen up decoration wise, but for a budget hotel so close to the seafront it was perfect for us. The hotel had a peaceful relaxed atmosphere and felt like a safe place to have my family in. Also a perk was the cheap private parking in a locked (at night) car park.

Only thing I could suggest is an up date on the decorating in the room and a new remote control for the TV as it had a few buttons that wouldn't work at all had to scroll up through all the channels as the down button wouldn't work no big deal really as we only watched TV for 1 hour per night before sleep.

Комфортные номера, показали два для нашего личного выбора! Удобное расположение по отношению к Winter Gardens. Отзывчивый хозяин. Все с заботой и пониманием. Уехали и через пол дня обнаружили, что забыла свои личные ключи, хозяин нам самостоятельно написал и передал через наших приятелей. За что отдельная благодарность!!
