"Super Fistral location, great room"

Great location for fistral beach and Newquay. Very good sized room (4 beds).. with Ensuite. Comfy beds and crisp clean linen. Staff super friendly and helpful, chatty.

It was all good, no downsides.

Friendliness of staff and very welcoming - its location was fantastic also. The porridge was lovely too

Bathroom was clean, but a little tired. The shower was like warm which was ok as weather hot but wouldn’t have liked if it had been cold or wet

Very friendly staff and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely with healthy options

The room doors need alot of attention, they are difficult to close fully without having to slam them causing disruption to other guests especially at night. Also alot of noise from the top floors to underneath as they are so thin between the floor and ceiling. You pay for a hotel room to sleep in without being woken up constantly from noisey guests due to these issues.

I was expecting a twin room with shard bathroom, but got a quad bunk room with ensuite bathroom

Very basic room, with a wooden bench to sit on, and a sliding door opening on to the front yard.
