breakfast was minimal. worth what we paid which was very little.

lack of variety/hot food available. don't expect a full 3 course meal as it is just fruit and cereal and scrambled eggs.

Friendly staff who are very helpful. Decent and clean room for the price. Surf hire (wetsuit and board) is cheap and loads of space to dry stuff on site for residents. Closed to Fistral beach and town centre. Breakfast included was basic but very handy. The Thai takeaway food van on site was amazing!

Everything was good given the prices. Could be nice if there is a chair in the room for guest to enjoy the Sun coming through the glass doors

Me n my siblings loved your game room was one of the high lights to our trips, wish I got the guys name who was at front desk as he was lovely very welcoming. You could see the sea from your room and it was a easy walk. Breakfast was included that was a lovely surprise and you can get a free wet suit! Perfect for people who love water sports.

Quite old, the beds were really creaky and you can’t see the tv from bottom bunk, no plug except one for the kettle.

It’s cosy, well-equipped with surfing gear and close to the beach, supermarket and the town centre.

Just a minor thing: The windows and doors are a bit hard to operate.

Room we were given was very run down and unclean.By this I mean sink was cracked with sharp edges,ceiling extractor fan was full of dirt and cobwebs ,large screw holes in wall,shower tray had black mould all around edges bathroom window was actually broken and split,toilet door was an outdoor shed door and handle with sharp corners on it,one plug socket was broken and electric cables were just left in a mess near the tv,mattresses were of poor quality as when you sat on it it went flat to the wood beneath and finally the curtains were very dirty ,we are a married couple and it wasn’t the room we had booked and paid for as they say we didn’t let them know but we tried phoning them and got no answer so I added a note to booking form to inform them we were bringing a dog and that wife was disabled and we had to go up stairs on the outside of property so once she managed to get up there we didn’t go anywhere else

Staff were amazing, great location tor fistral beach. Free wetsuit for my stay was great. The staff were really helpful and even have a dog. Bed was very comfortable.
