Quiet location, comfortable beds, not overcrowded and good value for money. Good and light food

All staff members are males. A little bit far from the city centre.

Location is a little far from the centre but for the price and taxis were very cheap it didn't really matter, short stay and we had a lot of excursions booked so we weren't staying in the hotel long, staff were excellent, couldn't do enough to help you, always trying their best and it was very clean and quite modern

Food doesn't offer a lot of choice but we weren't expecting it to. Don't cater for British / American but they do have fruit / tea / coffee and you could get something to snack on. Hotel food was well cooked and they did try to offer you things like omelette and they genuinely wanted to know what else they could serve. Little restaurant up the street, pick and pack delicious food and very very reasonable.

The staff, especially those on reception are do so lovely. Always going out of their way to help and be friendly and accommodating.

The food wasn't the best but I was assured the kitchen is changing. Please have more fresh fruit and veg available and more hummus and taking and fresh bread! 😋

There's 1 hour of spa offered for from the stay. The staff helped when ever I reached out to them.

The wifi was terrible and kept disconnecting in the room. The food is really bad, I booked all inclusive but I regret it. Super limited options and old food that was left from previous days and tasted bad. The fridge didn't work. It's far from the beach. The pools are not warned up.

The restaurant staff was very helpful. Good value for the price.

Rooms has no view. Food was very limited with no variety. Location is far away from city seeing and 500m from beach wich is not private beach.
