All good and fantastic

5th floor dulex room 558 the sound of air condition were too much noise and loudly no control air conditioning some area is high and some area room no 448 is low air condition Also wc pressure for water cleaning is very low need to increase

من اسواء الإمكان الي زرتها تعامل سيء جدا الغرف مش نظيفه أبدا تعامل الموضفين جدا سيء بعثت ملابس للغسيل ورجعولي لونهم تغير ومحروقين من الكلور وتم إتلافهم

The Beach

The Food & the service they should provide as an all inclusive option is not true. Quality of food is not OK & it's repetitive.

The room was very good, the reception team was helpful specially Mahmoud and rawan The aquapark was amazing we a had a great time, Food was tasty awith so many choices

Night shows were very boring and repetitive, no snack bar at the aquapark, The cola machine and juices weren't good enough

كل شئ ممتاز لا يوجد اى شئ سيئ واحسن حاجة فى الفندق معاملة كل الموظفين محترمة جدا واحب اشكر استاذ احمد سامى مدير الاستقبال للمعاملة المحترمة وسرعة الاستجابة لاى طلب

1- Stuff was so kind, active & helpful , special thanks to Mr/ Ahmed from reception “Thank you very much for hospitality . 2- Delicious food 3- Massive aqua-park with various activities. 4- vast gardens for walking. 5- Wide beach with coral and sandy areas.

1- Wi fi should be better 2- Shuttle cars not enough.
