The Inn at Tacaro Estate

This is a very unique property and place to stay near Annapolis. It would be a great place for a few nights’ get-away, and pure r&r. Breakfast was super, in a European style.

Incredible great breakfast. Breathtaking view. Amazing style

Large stately estate from a bygone era. Decorated beautifully with all the modern necessities. We had a fire to go to sleep to the first few nights as it was chilly outside. The breakfast is five star and the owners and staff are wonderful. We extended our stay by 7 days!!

Extremely unfriendly and nasty

Luciano and his wife Susan were the greatest hosts, Luciano was beyond helpful with transportation, and we are so grateful for his help and his time. Susan and her staff prepared an awesome breakfast each morning of our stay, she makes sure your room has everything you need from washing your face to bathing, the products in the bathroom were top notch. The Inn was gorgeous, and the decor was so incredible interesting! We loved our short stay at the Inn.

The breakfast was excellent. But there was only one choice. The views are breathtaking. The Caroline suite is stunning. We loved it. Being outside on the terrace was delightful, peaceful. What a treat.

The pool was not heated, jacuzzi had stopped working, elevator not working.

Tacaro was above and beyond all my expectations. I'd been driving by it for 36 years, as my aunt and uncle live practically across the street. From the time April greeted us to the most amazing 4 course breakfast, this is a place everyone should experience in their lifetime. We'll be back again..

East coasters—if you’re looking for a romantic getaway that’s hidden in your backyard, then look no further! @tacaroestate is too beautiful for words ✨🏡🐴⛵️ Only 45 minutes from DC, it sits pretty on a hill overlooking the bay with stunning green lawns rolling before it. There’s no wonder why boats like to sit precariously on the coast in picture perfect view, clearly taking in the home from afar. Horses and sheep share the property with this beautiful estate (of course I visited and made friends with them 🐴). The home is equipped with a pool and they even host special events 💍 Imagine wedding photos in this space?! The grounds alone would be enough, but the couple who owns and has meticulously loved on every corner of this place to restore it is what truly makes this place stand out. Their hospitality makes you feel like an old friend popping in for a visit, not just a guest. They’ve even hired an incredible chef to prepare breakfast for inn overnighters (I’ll be dreaming of her homemade croissant forever, which topped any that I had tried while in France a few months ago). Oh, and the rooms are pretty snazzy, too ✨
