Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location in the heart of ubud. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. Would recommend and we would stay again.

The location is 10/10. It is in the Ubud centre, with all the must-to-visit destinations, restaurants and cafés all within walking distance. The room is very clean with authentic Balinese style. I booked the hotel for my mother and her friends. They told me the receptionists are so warm-hearted that they have been feeling at home all the time. This property is with great value for sure! I will stay here myself if I come to Ubud next time.

Everything was great as expected.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, room size is spacious, wifi speed more than 100mbps, hot water always available. Free tea, coffee and water also. They also have a brand new scooter that you can hire for a very good price. I worked from my room and had no issues. Good place for remote work.

Sounds from the adjacent rooms is very easily heard due to the way the rooms are constructed, Japanese style.

Very clean, for a hostel good equipped. Personal is very friendly and helps with the luggage. No mold. Free drinking water on the entrance. Warm water is not cut off while you're away so you can immediately shower on return. We liked the stay

Taxi can't stop in front of the stay, a little hard to find and long dark alley. But Ubud isn't dangerous so its not bad. Make sure you don't have any walking impairment.
