Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard

Absolutely loved my stay at this property. It was beautiful, the onsite winery was super convenient and the dining options made it so we didn’t have to leave. I definitely will be back again!

We had the pleasure of staying at the inn for a special birthday get away. The winding road up to the property was prelude to the elegant courtyard and magnificent view of the vineyards. The view was also a feature of second-level room seven, where we stayed for four nights. Our accommodations were delightful, but the two large TV screens seemed out-of-place in the valley view suite. (We seldom watch TV while visiting such nice places.) The staff was friendly and professional. A birthday card and complimentary popcorn snack were a thoughtful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and a culinary adventure at Anthology. The seven "chapter" dinner experience was extraordinary and an unforgettable part of our trip. Chefs Chase Williams and Zack Ehrlich brought together a remarkable collection of seasonal ingredients that we will be talking about for years to come.

We loved our time at the Black Walnut Inn. The view from room 9 where we stayed was incredible and the overall grounds were amazing. Loved the bar and food service right at the Inn. Breakfast was also exceptional. All the employees we interfaced with were super friendly. Would highly recommend this place and hope to be back in future.

What a Jem! Picturesque setting in the Dundee Hills with accommodations and service to match. Engaging from the moment we pulled in. The hosts were wonderful, the room lovely, and the setting was awe inspiring. We only wished for more time to explore......we'll be back for that.

Beautiful views and fantastic breakfasts. The stay was extremely peaceful. My wife and I agree that our first Dundee Hills wine experience was so much better than any stay in Napa and Sanoma. Thanks to Black Walnut Inn and their staff.

Pulling up was like finding a little piece of France in Oregon. The decorv and rooms were great, breakfast yummy, and the view spectacular.

This empty champagne glass that was there when we checked in and there when we left was indicative of our stay. We kept calling our stay here the most DIY stay at a nice place we had. No A/C in our room so we were brought a fan and no plan to fix the A/C. No one answered at the front desk the whole time during our stay. A bartender left crying after during our after dinner drinks. We were called and told that we would have to check in before 6pm to have someone help us check into our room or we would have to grab an envelope with my name on it and the keys in it to check in. All of this in just a 2 night stay for $945 dollars a night! I will never forget this trip!

We have been going every year to the Black Walnut for our Anniversary. That should be enough kudos on how special this unique property is. The place, staff, food, wine and location are top on our list.

We had an excellent experience at the Black walnut Inn. I would highly recommend it and we definitely will be planning on going back.

Truly the most hidden gem in the PNW. My husband and I have traveled a great deal, globally, and our stay is the top of our experiences. the quality of the accommodations (high quality furniture and amenties) and the food (Anthology is something you will never forget) is incredible. We will be back!
