The resort was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Gamil at the front desk in the lobby. He was extremely helpful, kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. He made my stay even more enjoyable.

The place is awesome, and the room was very clean. I loved the decoration and the overall atmosphere. The pool is great and very safe for kids. There are lots of activities to enjoy, such as stretching sessions, water exercises, games, and foam parties. The sea is amazing for snorkeling, and it feels very safe because the lifeguard team is always there to make sure everyone is okay and to help whenever needed. There is also a huge Roman theater with entertainment and a party every night, so you never get bored. They even prepared a lunch box for us for the trip back home, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Alaa, and Ms. Sara. I would also really like to thank Mr. Mahdy for his great hospitality and for making our stay so special. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely never forget it. We would love to come back again. The resort is even more beautiful in real life than it looks in the pictures. The photos don’t fully capture the beauty of the place, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, and it exceeded our expectations.

It would also be better if drinking water were served in sealed bottles instead of cups, as the cups did not always seem perfectly clean. In addition, the shampoo provided was not of the best quality, and it would be great if conditioner were also available as part of the room amenities.
