The staff were very welcoming and helpful during my stay. I was staying there due to doing some volunteering nearby, and I hadn't realised that there were no grabs available in the area. Therefore, you require a motorcycle or car to get around. I had neither. Therefore, Made the owner kindly took me to and from my volunteering and back to Ubud at the end. The breakfast was really nice with a few options, and the staff member who made this was really sweet (sorry I'd didn't catch your name!). The room was basic but very clean, and there is a kitchen area and seating area if you require. On my first evening, Made kindly took me somewhere local for food, which I was very grateful for! There is a local convenience store nearby also.

It would have been helpful to have discussed the costs for the driving up front so I knew what was expected.

Absolutely beautiful, the buildings, the people, the food it was an amazing 2 nights and we will definitely be back! Made (the owner) was so accommodating and helpful in every thing we asked, he organized for one of his staff to babysit for us for 50000 rupiah/h and Merta was absolutely amazing with my daughter (7 mths). It was one of the most comfortable beds we have had in Bali! Aircon worked great, room was beautifully presented and had plenty of room, a wardrobe, dresser with mirror and a small bathroom. There are scooters for hire here as well as Made happy to do driving in the car or a day tour for you. Heaps of waterfalls nearby and so many other beautiful things to see.

With the property, staff and food here absolutely nothing it was great! However it was very hard to find things nearby, you will need to be happy to hire scooter or to bring things with you for cooking/ snacks. There is supposed to be heaps of Warungs nearby but none were open while we are here. Closest massage was 15 min drive away and charges 15k/pp.

Really calm and strategic location, away from big groups of tourists. At the facility you can rent a scooter or take a tour to different areas in the island. Next to the home there are few local restaurants with delicious food, public swimming pool and cocoa factory in which you can take a tour and learn how the real organic chocolate is made! I have to mention that the staf at the location is amazing. We spend every day in a nice atmosphere and will come back here for sure 😁
