DERoom was clean, automated check-in was easy enough, location was easy to get to on foot.
My room was across the street from a very loud bar with music and people until late in the night. I'm not sure if all rooms would face this street, but it was really tough to fall asleep over the weekend. The hotel recognizes this by providing ear plugs in the room, which is nice, I guess, but if you're sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, better to find somewhere further outside Galway City.

CALocation was good. Decor was pleasant. Check in process was slick. Hallway lights were a nice feature.
Many things which I will write Abbeygate about. There’s is much room for improvement. But, in short: 1. Not enough counter space to put your things on 2. So few amenities… no tissues, no safe 3. No choice of pillows! Only hard pillows. Not acceptable! It’s not one-size-fits-all! 4. No bathroom shelf storage, small sink.
