The accommodation was okay. The bed was good. The room was good. The shower is in with the toilet and is not the best. The pool is good. The owners of the accommodation will not allow you to choose what room you want so even if you pay six months in advance and ask for a downstairs room. They will not give you one. That’s the biggest letdown, the property is made up of two different blocks. The block closest to the road is noisy, and you can hear traffic or the block on the other side of the compound would be quiet.

Good location in Legian, and the place is managed directly by the owners who were very responsive. They waited for us to check in as our flight arrived pretty late.

Our review may be biased as we arrived late around 10pm so the whole place was dark and we were just transiting for a night via Bali. First, some of the rooms including ours were right next to the main road on level 1, and with Bali traffic this means it was hard to get a good night sleep. Bring ear plugs! Second. The room itself was also underwhelming compared to the pictures online which were evidently heavily edited. Room was tired and the most inconvenient part was shower right next to the toilet bowl. And then washing basin was very small below the window blind so we had to get each other to hold the blinds down to wash our faces. For the price we paid I think there would be many more better choices in that area so perhaps look around when booking.

Location was good. Maybe 10-minute walk at most to the main road just back from the beach. It's got a lovely swimming pool and all things considered, it's relatively quiet. The owners live next door and are super relaxed about everything - which has its good and bad sides!

The staff were lovely and friendly but were not there a lot. If you are new to Bali and wanted help - that would have been a challenge. The beds are quite hard - but that is standard for Bali! The rooms are not serviced - which doesn't bother me at all - when you only stay a few days. I didn't enjoy the bathroom experience much.
