Marvellous Holiday, I have really enjoyed every moment of my vacation although this was my first time to visit Marsah Matrouh. I want to thank Mr Mohamed Ahmed for the quick and easy check in and check out processes. Also, I want to thank Mr Ahmed Magdy, the duty manager for his friendly welcoming and, last but not least, I’d like to thank Mr Hisahm Fahmy , the head chief for the delicious dinner he used to cook ever evening. I really enjoyed the beach a lot and my daughter had a lot of fun.

Special thank you to our honorable host the hotel manager for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Nagla, the guest experience specialist, and the talented team of chefs who prepared our exquisite 5-star meals, chefs Hesham Fahmy, El Sweissy and Mohammed , your exceptional service is truly appreciated. The warm hospitality we experienced at Marsa Matruh is a testament to the welcoming nature of its people. We are grateful to have been made to feel like part of the family during our stay. Excellent séjour pour des vacances. Il y a la possibilité d’accéder à une plage privée fantastique en face de l’hôtel en bateau pour 150 LE. Séjour en demi-pension avec une cuisine sur place au top.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room and beautiful beach. The lifts were not working properly despite it is a new hotel.
