"A unique, cozy, comfortable and affordable gem!"

So cozy and comfortable. We loved the design and decor, such a unique spot! Breakfast was delicious as well. It was very easy to enter with their coded lock system, we loved staying here and definitely will again the next time we come to Spokane!

"All bed, no breakfast"

They have taken great care in renovations on the property. Very cozy room and bed. Everything onsite was easy to use.

No breakfast at a bed and breakfast? Contacted them via text and I got no response. Really disappointed given how overwhelmingly positive the reviews are.

The home was very cute and I loved the coziness of the sitting and lounge areas. The mini bar area was awesome, though we didn't partake. Breakfast was great, though the eggs were more "soft" than I like. I loved that they support local businesses and the tea selections were wonderful. We stayed in the Rose room and the bed was soooo comfortable!

I am a light sleeper, and due to the age of the home/windows, the street noise in the late evening and early morning woke me. This can be helped with the use of earplugs, which are conveniently provided! It would also be great if darker shades/drapes were used to block more of the morning light.
