Cozy , beautiful

We liked a lot of things. The people were lovely; the mattress and bedding were plush and comfortable; the restaurant next store was convenient and good; parking the car was easy, and the inn was in a great location.

We had a very nice stay, but a few small things, easily fixed, could have made a difference. ....like having a soap/shampoo rack in the shower would have been nice vs placing shampoo on the shower floor; a small shelf over the sink for toiletries would have been appreciated; having cheap slippers available as the sisal rug was pretty, yet hard on the feet. These are small things and may only have been true in our room.

Wonderful hospitality and facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the conversations engaging and fun. Five star stay and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Belvedere. The room was very charming & the location was within walking distance to downtown. Our breakfast was good & our host was very friendly. Will def go back!

Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all. The huge King bed was perfectly pillow like for me, albeit a bit too soft for my husband, but no mattress will be perfect for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.
