Le chien dans la piscine, le repas du soir annulé, remplacé par un apéritif dînatoire , le chien qui aboient toute la nuit, nous y avons passé 2 nuits et nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour,

First, the view on the wineyard is amazing so does the wine they produce. Customer service is professionnal and making sure they try to respond to our needs.

As mentioned in other reviews, they practically have events every night and includes many visitors outside the resort. Music was too loud and when you combine with all the dogs barkling dont expect to sleep well…first night we were there was a candlelight évent which was beautiful and ended around 10pm which would have been ok but visitors stayed longer and music too loud until midnight. I voiced the music concern and they told me they would be mindful for our last night. I asked if there was going to be another private évent during out last night, they told me no but Turned out there was a family reunion. They were mindful of the noise but we couldnt use the sofas etc. Villas are Small and they dont clean up every Day + not well maintained. When you pay over 500euros/night it should be the minimum offered. To recap if youre a couple that want to have fun right place to go but family think about it twice it just get a Day pas to get on the resort to enjoy the spectacular view…
