"Historic bed and breakfast with genial hosts"

Hosts were very friendly and helpful with information on the area. The breakfasts were excellent. The history of the house from the host was very entertaining. The location was far enough from the bustle of downtown Durango to be very quiet at night, but easy to walk to downtown so you didn't need to take your car and deal with trying to find parking downtown.

We figured out we really aren't bed and breakfast people as we get up very early and go to bed early,
