Location,style,clean,cozy, safe... quiet...comfy all amenities I could need

Very quiet, and clean. The house was in excellent shape, beds were very comfortable.

The address sign and front porch were very dark, hard to see the address at night, or the code box for entry. a porch light would have been nice. It wasn't a problem for us, but the thermostat for the upper rooms may have been a problem if all the rooms were rented, and people liked different temps at night, as it seemed the one thermostat controlled the temps in all the rooms. Everything else was great.

Beds were super comfortable all the facilities the backyard the kitchen the common areas were very comfortable and accommodating as well.

Beautiful house. Extraordinary furnishings. Nice location walking distance to downtown Lodi restaurants.

Couldn't figure out how to use TV, which was small and too far away from the bed.

The house has a huge kitchen that would have made it possible to make food for some of our meals. Of course, there are lot of good restaurants around. And it is VERY walkable to downtown, which was nice for both a dinner and a breakfast. The backyard also had a lot of features (grill, fire pit) that we would have loved to take advantage of if we had stayed longer. Next time, we will have to!

It's an old house, so you will definitely hear the other guests if they are loud. And I don't think there is A/C. We kept the windows opened and heard some trains for sure. But these are minor issues compared to the location and niceness of the place!

Very clean, great location, very well appointed. Generally would highly recommend.

We had booked a King suite, but when we arrived, none was available. They offered to switch us the next day but we would have had to move. Wish they had offered something for the inconvenience.
