The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was not only comfortable, but also a fun place to stay with all the train memorabilia and being next to the trainyard park.

This is a unique/historical property that is family run. Genuine and warm hospitality. We were pleased to have stayed there and will do again.

It was fun staying in a train caboose

We had a lovely stay in the Milwaukee Caboose! It was super cool getting to stay in a repurposed train car and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Five stars!

We enjoyed the stay, pleasant, not plush but clean and friendly. We got our money’s worth.

What a great experience to sleep in a caboose (Milwaukee). There is an AC window unit and we had two fans, so the room was cool enough during our hot August stay. We also enjoyed playing the horse shoe game and the big parking lot to throw a football. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the hosts were so friendly and kind. The only little complaints we have is that the shower water pressure was very light and the hot tub could use a cleaning. Thank you for the good time!

This place is a gem!

Charming, unique, b&b. Hardworking and personable owner/staff. Comfortable, thoughtfully decorated rooms but still need some small finishing touches. Delicious breakfast. Located on outskirts of small Washington city. Grounds also on way to becoming more attractive, but not a drawback. We will very likely return here.
