I had to clean the place, the bathroom was terrible. I honestly have been staying with you all for a few weeks at a time. I will be paying again tonight but these young folks who have never owned a home or maintenance? Its filthy,....

No towels, dirty....I will clean it again tonight just to stay there. There is no communication.

The people who was I guess over the household or the ones I’m guessing that have been here the longest and are “in charge “ of everything , was very very rude . Her/Him also opened my door even though there is lock on it trying to kick me and my boyfriend out because we didn’t extend on time apparently even though this was our first time staying in something like this. They also tried telling us we need to clean our room. You have to buy everything yourself as well. People don’t share here .Very Urban Area.

Scamming black business. They automatically charges your card. When I was suppose to pay upon arrival and refused to send check in info and told me the system is down. I ended up getting a hotel. Now they're refusing to refund me.

I had an horrible experience at this hostel . I wouldn't advise it to anybody. I took them ovwr 4 hours to give me the information to log into the property. There was no manager on site ,leaving multiple other tennants clueless and stuck out . Definitely needs a real operator as well . The opeerator had an horrible attitude and hung up on me twice ,just for trying to get the services that I paid for . I wouldn't advise staying here .

This is very sad, trip advisor and booking dot com, are purposely misleading customers. None of these pics that are posted are of the actual location. I, like so many others have been duped into thinking the accommodations are stellar when in fact they are sub par (at best).

It was sort of cheap.

It was nasty. Water doesn't work in the kitchen. It was in the hood. Definitely not for a traveler.
